Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can. Our customer care is available from 10am – 5pm EST on weekdays. All major credit cards are accepted.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No registration is required to make a purchase. You have the option of completing an order as a guest.

How do I register?

Simply click the ‘login/register’ link in the top navigation, choose a username and password, enter your email address and click the register button.

Why should I register?

  • Easily place an order without having to re-enter your shipping information and other details each time you shop.
  • You’ll be able to keep track of the items you’ve already added to your shopping cart, so when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. You can also save items to your wishlist.
  • Track your order status and history

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

It’s possible that it could be in email’s spam folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Generally, most in-stock orders will ship out within 2 business days of receipt. Made-to-order items ship out in 15-30 days.

How do I cancel or change my order or address after my order has been placed?

It is possible in some cases to make changes, however you must contact us immediately in order to do so. Call us at 862.236.5724, during our business hours of 10am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday. We cannot cancel or change orders by email.

How do I know what size I wear?

Please refer to the size chart for help in determining what size to order.

SHIPPING

Will the shipping carrier leave my package at my front door or will they require a signature?

You can request that your package be left if no one is available for to receive your package. However, please be aware that neither 3am or USPS is responsible for loss of packages that are not signature required.

I never received my order, what should I do?

It is likely that there was an attempted delivery and no one was available to receive your package. Be sure to track your package to get its current location – if you don’t have your tracking number, please contact us with your order number and/or full name, so we can assist you.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free delivery. Select the ‘FREE SHIPPING’ option before checking out in your shopping cart or payment page.

MISC

Do you restock items that have sold out?

We do sometimes restock our best sellers whenever possible, and will post them as soon as they become available. If you see something that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you get it before it sells out, as many styles sell out quickly.

Do you have a physical store?

At this time, 3am is an online store only. This allows us to quickly service our customers.
