Return Policy

CRITERIA

We are happy to offer you a store credit on returns received within 14 days of the original invoice date. It will take approximately 7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
If you would like to make a return, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

  • [icon type=”check-square-o”] Returns and exchanges are accepted on items received within 14 days of the original ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • [icon type=”check-square-o”] A return authorization must be obtained before returning a product. Any returns received without a return authorization number will not be processed. 3am will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. After reading the return criteria, please request a return authorization number using the PRODUCT RETURN FORM

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us. We will ship the correct item and issue a refund for return shipping.

Ship your merchandise via USPS. You should purchase tracking and/or delivery confirmation and consider purchasing insurance, as we are only able to issue a credit on merchandise we receive. We cannot be responsible for lost items being returned to us.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • All accessories. (phone cases, belts, eyewear and bags/clutches)
  • All jewelry.
  • All sale or clearance items.
  • All bodysuits.
  • All home decor.
  • International orders.

Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your garment retains its original quality.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a credit based on the returned condition. Please be careful when trying on merchandise – items returned to us with stains on them are unsalable and will not be accepted.


Please do not ship items back to us that have been worn and/or have stains on them, as we will not be able to process your return. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged. The item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense if the condition is as stated above.

RETURN PROCESSING

  1. Complete the Product Return Form.
  2. Our return department will contact you via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends).
  3. Our return department will issue a return authorization number and provide further instructions to complete the return.
  4. Preparing your item for shipment:
    1. Returns must be packaged securely in an outer package.
    2. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outer packaging as well as the original packing slip. Do not write on the original product packaging itself. Returned product must be in new, unworn, unwashed  and in resalable condition, with all original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.
    3. Keep your shipping tracking number until the return process is complete.
  5. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
    Customer is responsible for shipping cost incurred on returned products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
    Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of product for store credit to be issued.
