Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Generally, most in-stock orders will ship out within 2 business days of receipt. Made-to-order items ship out in 15-30 days.
You can request that your package be left if no one is available for to receive your package. However, please be aware that neither 3am FedEx, UPS or USPS is responsible for loss of packages that are not signature required.
It is likely that there was an attempted delivery and no one was available to receive your package. Be sure to track your package to get its current location – if you don’t have your tracking number, please contact us with your order number and/or full name, so we can assist you.
We do sometimes restock our best sellers whenever possible, and will post them as soon as they become available. If you see something that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you get it before it sells out, as many styles sell out quickly.
