Shipping Info


The cost of shipping in the US starts at $5, which is tracked and delivered through either FedEx, UPS or USPS and will typically arrive within 2-7 days.  Neither 3am or the respective shipping carriers are responsible for lost or stolen of packages.

Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping (US Residents Only).

Please note Free Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Additional shipping costs can vary depending on item and weight.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may use that link to check the status via the noted shipping carrier’s website.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will begin processing within 24 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays).

  • Made on demand products take approximately 7-10 business days to be completed, unless otherwise noted. Once completed, your item(s) will be shipped [on the following business day] directly from our US manufacturer.
  • In stock products leave our location within 1-2 business days. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. No orders will be shipped on National Holidays. *Please note that we do not offer weekend shipping.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Because most orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO?FPO addresses. We do in some cases, make an exception for apparel or accessories. To be sure, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please provide us with your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us as undeliverable, there may be a 20% restocking fee.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada. We are not responsible for international taxes or customs fees.
