WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
STANDARD SHIPPING – The cost of shipping in the US starts at $4, which is tracked and delivered through either FedEx, USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class or Priority Mail and will typically arrive within 2-7 days. Neither 3am® or USPS is responsible for loss of packages. Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping (US Residents Only).
Please note Free Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are only eligible for standard shipping. Please add $15.00 to the rates above for any shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. Your order can then be tracked on the USPS website.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will begin processing within 24 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). In stock products leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. No orders will be shipped on National Holidays. *Please note that we do not offer weekend shipping.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please provide us with your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us as undeliverable, there may be a 20% restocking fee.
