CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Take your rug outside and shake off any loose dirt, direct sunlight will cause the color of your rug to fade, vacuum with a non rotary type attachment, professional cleaning is recommended , spot cleaning can be done with cold water, mild detergent is not recommended.

We do not mass-produce any of our homeware collections, but operate a small batch process system. This means that all our items are made with that bit more care and love – and you can see that in the finished item. Designed and printed in the USA with eco-friendly, water-based dyes that do not fade.

Most orders ship for FREE [US Residents Only]. Orders are tracked and shipped through either FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or USPS [depending on your location and carrier availability] and will typically arrive within 2-7 days of warehouse departure. A signature may be required upon delivery. Neither 3am or the respective shipping carriers are responsible for lost or stolen of packages.

Orders will begin processing within 24 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). Made on demand products take approximately 4-10 business days to be completed, unless otherwise noted. Once completed, your item(s) will be shipped [on the following business day] directly from our US manufacturer. In stock products leave our location within 1-2 business days.
