CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It’s not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.

We do not mass-produce any of our homeware collections, but operate a small batch process system. This means that all our items are made with that bit more care and love – and you can see that in the finished item. Designed and printed in the USA with eco-friendly, water-based dyes that do not fade.

Most orders ship for FREE [US Residents Only]. Orders are tracked and shipped through either FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or USPS [depending on your location and carrier availability] and will typically arrive within 2-7 days of warehouse departure. A signature may be required upon delivery.  Neither 3am or the respective shipping carriers are responsible for lost or stolen of packages.

Orders will begin processing within 24 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). Made on demand products take approximately 4-10 business days to be completed, unless otherwise noted. Once completed, your item(s) will be shipped [on the following business day] directly from our US manufacturer. In stock products leave our location within 1-2 business days. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. No orders will be shipped on National Holidays. more info

    Great product. Great quality. Great seller. My only complaint is with the design I chose for the largest mat. After a while, you can tell how stretched out the image on the mat is from seeing the same pattern horizontally vs. vertically.

    The design on the pad was a touch more pixelated in person than I expected it to be, but it is still a quality product and has a nice weight to it and a nice smooth surface. Based on other reviews I expected shipping to take a while even within the U.S., but it only took ten days to get to me from the time I ordered it to delivery. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and this is a seller I would buy from again!

    Would like to give this product all 5 stars however the shipping is leaving me a bit underwhelmed. Originally purchased 10/18, the initial shipping was finally provided to arrive November 2nd-ish. Received an update that the pad was running late and should be here between the 11/7-11/9. It’s the evening of 11/11 and still no desk mat. I’m hoping it is worth the wait and that the person I have intended to gift it to for their birthday yesterday will forgive the late gift-giving.
